Brittany
Hey! I'm Brittany! I grew up Winston-Salem, NC but branched out once I went off to college. I am a licensed clinical therapist and have been practicing for almost 10 years. As a therapist, I strive to be the person who helps individuals overcome obstacles and barriers that prevent them from thriving and operating within their fullest potential. I believe that we all are one step away from being on the other side of the fence which is why I try to be bring the most authentic version of myself across all settings; it's my superpower! I consider myself to be an introvert! Sometimes I want to be left alone, sometimes I want to be included and sometimes I want to be included with the option to be left alone! Haha! I am a mom and a wife and on some days I don't know if I am coming or if I am going! However, I am a believer and strongly know that the source of my strength comes from above. Outside of Mental Health I am also very passionate about fitness, I love food, working out and I enjoy music! Life can be delightfully chaotic, a beautiful mess, but each day I wake up and put on my suit of perspective and embrace the adventures that it presents!

Hey fam, I'm Camille! I was born in New Jersey but Winston-Salem has been my home for over 30 years. I married my best friend from 9th grade band...15 years AFTER we graduated! I'm sure that whole story will make it onto a podcast episode! I'm a mommy to 5 fabulous kiddos...Bri (25), Braxton (23), CJ (20), Roman (10) and Kaiden (8). I also just became a Mother-in-Law (crazy right!) so I have a new daughter, Braxton's wife Elisha Rose. I've been a Human Resources Professional for over 20 years and I am blessed to impact lives every single day. I am co-owner of Belle Joie Event Design, LLC where my partner and I bring our beautiful joy to every event. Outside of family and work, I love to read, dance and sing. Please note that the singing ONLY takes place in the shower, in the car or doing karaoke with a little liquid encouragement! I'm extremely relatable and ALWAYS lead with my heart. God first, family next...everyone else can take a number! xo

Hey, I’m Regina!! I’m a philanthropic, marketing and communications professional. I've spent the last 11 years of my profession in philanthropy, leading fundraising efforts in higher education and nonprofits. I'm also the owner of Gina, Create! LLC., where I consult, design, and create marketing materials, manage social media accounts, write content, and more for several companies and individuals. I'm on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Crisis Control Ministries, where I'm the Philanthropy Committee Chair. I'm most proud to be the wife of 18 years to my husband, John, and the mother of our daughter, Rhian. I love dancing, singing, and laughing as much as possible, and my goal is "To be a better me."
